Training skills and knowledge of Chief Trainer Pramod Master is extraordinary, as a certified Fitness Trainer I've experienced and gained a lot from this Institution.. Big salute to the Training team.. The gym is easily accessible, hygienic and has a positive environment. It was my best choice for a fitness centre.

Usual review wordings like.. Excellent, Exceptional, Great, Nice, Superb, Good etc may not be suitable for this place. In simple words, it's the only one / unique place to choose from thousands of fitness centers around you. Even if you don't stay near to this place, IMHO you can opt for this as this is worth for spending your time and money. Now let me explain how it's unique. This is built on the dream and hard effort of a great person, the greatest trainer, true leader and motivator, well trained and experienced KALARY expert who maintains his body and mind well with strict personal regimes.. he's none other than Mr. Pramod,. owner and chief trainer and my ASAAN in all means.. if you experience his care and unmatched training skills at least once you can never think of any other place. This is because of his deep knowledge in this area. He's truly an inspiration to all of us.. Being a practising DOCTOR, I once wondered to hear the way he explains scientifically on specific work outs and it's anatomical and physiological effects on your body.. He also practice certain specific KALARY therapy procedures.. many people got benefitted out of it. I personally saw the changes in certain people with chronic mobility issues and restricted joint movements. Now there's a full fledged ABHYANGAM (Body Massage) , SIRODHARA (Medicated oil pouring on the forehead in a rhythmic way) and STEAM BATH facility available in the fitness centre premises for those who are interested. I joined here way back in 2009 .. but due to job related reasons I had to shift from my home town. Then after 12 years i joined back last year.. During those days I went to various gyms..but truly speaking I couldn't achieve any of my fitness goals.. Now in just an year's time, ASAN made me confident that I can achieve the same. Mr. Rahul is the full time trainer cum instructor there. He do personal trainings as well. He's a very capable , friendly and knowledgeable person who will stand with us during our fitness journey. He himself is a serious body builder and secured many awards and recognitions in body building in past years. His presence itself will inspire us a lot.. Added attractions are Brand new equipments which are maintained well and also neat and clean premises.. People join here have multiple options * They can maintain fitness and a complete lifestyle modification to gain or loose weight.. * To focus on therapeutic fitness for Lifestyle disease conditions, also for any mobility issues or post surgical rehabilitation. * Finally, to achieve body building goals. As the name indicates it's the POWER of # Team work # Technical know-how # Training skills # Therapeutic knowledge Think different and be unique.. the recent pandemic taught us many things. " Prevention is better than Cure.." let's start building our immunity and stay safe.. I welcome you all to our "POWER TECH" family...be a part of it to become Fit & Healthy..

This is my 1st fitness centre & I don't think I could find any other with this same ambience and support. This is just superb. Special Thanks to the trainer Rahul Thomas for all the help & support
