Pete's Fitness Factory is really comfortable and makes it easy to stay consistent. My trainers Teena, Sebastian, and Stefan Appu are super helpful and make workouts feel less stressful. It's a good space with good people. I honestly feel more confident and focused since joining.

Best gym in Kochi, without a doubt. I tried three different gyms during my one week holiday in Kochi, and "Pete's Fitness Factory" has hands down the best equipment and atmosphere. Whether you are a beginner, amateur or Pro athlete, male or female, come down to Pete's. I guarantee you will have one of the best workouts of your life. It's a hardcore bodybuilding gym with top class equipment you will rarely find in Indian gyms (Incline shoulder press machine, Leverage squat, vertical Leg Press). Mr Sebastian Peter, the gym owner, is the nicest person you will meet. He is a former Pro bodybuilder; he is too humble and polite to interfere in your workout and keeps to himself, so please go and speak to him - he has decades of knowledge you will not find on social media (trust me!). On all three days that I worked out at Pete's gym, I saw more women working out than men. You will rarely see this in hardcore bodybuilding gyms (which are usually full of men). This shows you what kind of culture Sebastian has cultivated. Don't miss out on this opportunity if you're in Kochi!

Tried this place last month while on tour in Kochi and it exceeded my expectations. Besides the helpful trainers, full equipment and 24x7 facility, the owner Sebastian is a great guide and very generous. I was suffering from a bad muscle cramp in my back and neck, and he proactively gave me quick, deep chiropractic treatment. My pain pretty much faded from the stretches! Highly recommended gym for an all-round fitness experience. :)

One of the best gym in our place .They have diverse activities which helps you figure out what you want for your body. The staff, trainers and facilities are awesome. They are all professionals and the quality of workout is just outstanding. They deserve the recognition they've been getting! I highly recommend this gym to everyone in the neighbourhood.
