The gym was exceptionally clean. The owner was a prior competitor, so it had every machine you possibly need. It was a coed gym and everybody was extremely respectful and courteous. One of the best gyms.

Personalized training was really awesome. The ambience and equipments are really good.

Good machines , good training , good environment for working out . Good and experienced trainers for coaching. All kind of workouts including fatloss , wiegtloss , strength training, body building etc . Will be open on both mornings and evenings. It is a unisex gym .

This is a great gym! I came here for a quick workout and really enjoyed it. Clean, good AC, everyone very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They have a range of dumbells suitable for females. I didn't use many machines but they appeared in good condition. If I'm ever in Fort Kochi again I will definitely return.
