Loid Gym

Recently I joined there, They have Many utility gym equipments. Efficient trainers.

If you are in special package may get some instructions n training otherwise nothing. I have been nine months completed when Mr.Mahesh was there (common instructor for the normal package) he transferred other area. Post that i didn't see any common trainer. I do the workouts what i knew in the beginning from Mahesh and with support of you tube. Basically you can use the equipments from the basic package.

Best gym with international facilities. Cool owner and efficient instructors. Very spacious and fully air conditioned gym . You can find all new modern body building machines here . Worth for the money and your health. Separate instructor for men n women . A perfect fitness centre for freshers . The way the instructors are explaining is too good.

I'm glad I made the right decision to join Lloyd's Gym. The staff and coaches are excellent. Especially the coaches who helped me change my overall body composition. Not only weight training but also basic gym etiquette is practiced here.
