Well I wish to say more, let me say this first guys u don't need to take any personal training, their general training like equal to personal training, knowledge trainers, specially jithu bro owner of the gym ,the way he explained the workout and science behind the exercise really amazing, and all trainers are very good, I have to say u guys once's visit the gym and feel the way they build it, neat place, well maintained machine, I have never seen restroom like they build any gym, free coffee, cool drinks etc
