This gym truly deserves 5 stars The space is clean, well-equipped, and designed to support a wide range of fitness goals from weight gain and muscle building to toning and flexibility. What I appreciate most is the respectful and motivating atmosphere, especially for female members. The trainers are supportive, knowledgeable, and always ready to guide you with proper form and routines. Fitness HQ has made my fitness journey feel empowered and enjoyable. I've been working out here for a while now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best gyms around. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, the space is clean and organized, and the overall vibe is super motivating.

I've done workouts in 7 gyms in total and Fitness HQ is by far the best gym i've been in. All the equipments here are of great quality and the trainers are very supportive. Strongly recommend this gym to anyone who's having an aim to achieve their dream physique coz this gym is gonna help you achieve it a lot faster!
