A very good air conditioned gym for anyone who cares for their body. Pros: All the trainers know their trade. They will help you attain your goals much faster, whether it's fat burning or muscle building. They are also very respectful and helpful. We are easily able to create a connection with the trainers as they give attention to everyone seperately. The entire atmosphere in the gym is actually filled with cooperation and respect for each other. Everyone who uses the gym follows the general rules and no drama. There are enough equipments for all your strength and cardio needs. Also, you can approach the trainers for some flexing or other aerobics. Cons: Sometimes they will play 'kyomki tumhi ho' while you are doing bench press...lol And sometimes you will find yourself doing 50 burpees or 100 situps if you forget to take out the weights after finishing.

My previous gym experience was not that nice and I was kinda sceptical whether to try a new gym again, but to be Frank, the trainers are so much caring and they treat everyone well. This is the perfect place to make yourself healthy and fit. And the fees is also affordable...all the best to the team
