Wonderful place to learn self defence and to maintain fitness. Mr Krishnaprasad is a great teacher and a gentleman who trains you with full heart. The timings are also very flexible. I chose defence and fitness than a gym because with this you will be fit as well as learn self defence, which is a much needed skill for everyone.
