Royal Fitness Center

I started my fitness training at Royal Fitness Centre, from aug , 2025. The equipments were excellent and the trainer Mr.Thampi are very friendly and supporting and guiding me during the work out. In addition to fitness he also knows and share nutrition diet plan for having good health. After one short month I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with him continued training and encouragement I would continue getting good results. Mr.Thampi is a good professional yet kind, patient and understanding. His encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start this fitness training.

Was looking for a suitable place to work out,came across Royal Fitness Centre, joined there and found to be an ideal one for many reasons.The Gym is housed very close to the owner's residence;besides the Trainer/Instructor all the family members are actively participating in the successful running of the Establishment. Surely one will find a 'feel at home' experience there.Ambience is attractive and equipments are maintained neatly and tidy.Instructor is sufficiently trained cooperative and helpful.Special attention is given to those who are in need of it.Time allotment is according to the convenience of the clients.In a word , I won't hesitate to say that it's an ideal place for a successful Gym experience ; and a recommendable one.

Very good atmosphere, mornings in the gym sets the tone for the day. We can feel the change in our body, really does help to increase strength and confidence. Good guidance from trainer, makes us use all equipments. Best choice for strength training.
