One of the best home feel workout space, powered by a highly energetic and fitness driven community. Overall well-maintained, featuring scientifically designed machines from top-tier brands. Friendly trainers and staffs is a point that I wish not to missed to highlight.

I owe a huge thanks to Parkway for making workout a part of my lifestyle. It's only because of the friendly vibe and the positive workout environment that pushed me to go to the gym consistently. The trainers are very approachable and friendly who will never shy away to give you the necessary guidance and correct any mistakes. They have one of the best workout machines available. I highly recommend Parkway Fitness especially for those who are sitting on the fence about how to start going to the gym. You do not have to worry, the trainers and the members will make you feel at home (in fact, I consider Parkway as my second home ).

the best gym I have ever been to in Ernakulam. Well stocked. Haneen works here; most knowledgeable trainer, expert in nutrition. Haneen is an exemplarily professional bloke. He is also a fitness model. Haneen is in here. Most professional, knowledgeable, scientific trainer, expert in nutrition. Best part is the Management, Kris, who is most attentive to all customer requests, so are all of his staff in there. Kris, himself, is an elite athlete, with fitness levels as in that of " Devil's circuit level. Though Kris trains in cross training circuits, He gives close attention to weight training of customers in the gym. Slick. All necessary equipments and weights are available in here, well planned and organized by best in town. a bodybuilder. Kris is so down to earth a guy, modest, no " Jaada " Like other gym owners. It's my lucky day to move into this gym for my training requirements. The gym is never overcrowded. See, I am a Senior Specialist in Diabetes. Whilst I was Government Doctor in charge of Australia's busiest hospital Royal Brisbane hospital's Intensive Care Unit in 2011, whilst I was on duty one night at 12 midnight, I got a call from home in Kochi, Kerala that my Father Late Dr. V. P. Gopinathan ( Chief Physician Ernakulam Government General Hospital) passed away abruptly. I was calm, continued looking after my patients in ICU, completed my duty which extended for another five hours, then gave hand over and then only I left the hospital. Well, Fitness trainers are also professionals like Medical doctors. Professional ethics is for everyone, not only for Doctors like me.
