Joining the gym was a sudden decision for me. I had always thought that gyms were mainly for men to build muscles and maintain their looks. But once I began learning about the importance of muscle strengthening, I became curious and decided to give it a try.
The first challenge was choosing the right gym, after all, there are about four to five gyms within just a kilometer radius, much like salons. I consulted my friend, Joby Paul, who is also an Ironman title winner, and he recommended Oxygen Gym. Trusting his advice, I joined on 27th May 2024, and now, after one and year, I feel it's the right time to share my review. The changes I've experienced have been remarkable. Before joining, I often struggled with back pain, foot pain, fatigue, and other common issues that women in their 40's face. Today, I feel much healthier and more energetic.
I must wholeheartedly appreciate Ms. Sheela, who runs the gym so well. She truly values her customers' interests. The place is well-maintained with excellent hygiene standards, ample car parking, and even festive gatherings that help build a sense of community. A special mention goes to the team of trainers. Shalu, Sanath, Abhilash, and Saritha, who are outstanding at their work. They understand each client's unique needs and bring out the best in everyone. My personal trainer, Shalu, deserves my deepest gratitude for guiding me toward a healthier lifestyle. Thanks to his support.
