It was nice experience, The trainer explained well and around 25 minute I had work out with the mescine connected and easiness feeling when I do that work out due to that devices connected jacket wear. And later explainer their packages.. I felt that packages amount was so high compare to other gym places... Any way its a good experience

Tried the trial and realized that this was perfect for me! I was skeptical as to just 20 min will be beneficial, but was pleasantly surprised. Do book a trial to experience it first hand. For me the time duration and just once a week fits my schedule perfectly.

Life changer, I had severe muscle weakening issues , and after taking sessions with longefit, the muscles strengthening has helped me drastically, my stamina increased and my pains have subsided lot, Also the cleanliness and staff behaviour is world class , they just dont make you feel belittled, it gives lot of welcome and lot empathetic consideration to our health conditions. The bathrooms and the costume gives a comfort feel, i dont feel like going to a normal gym anymore because of those two things. Its really good as you get results with just weekly one visit, and we dont have to be afraid of injuries here.

very bad place ttuu be in. its an utter wastage of money and your time. whatever they are claiming is not realistic. you will get to know the reality if you go there. Staffs are not really trained and you may end up in negative results rather than correcting your body. whatever videos they are posting is paid promotions, I feel. Staffs and management are not friendly and they they are rude too. Totally it is just a mere wastage of your money and time!!

I had an amazing trial session here last week. I was curious to know how this works and maybe a bit skeptical too, at first. So I booked a session online. I got a call promptly asking for confirmation of my attendance, and they asked me to go handsfree, without any gear. Upon reaching the place, I realized that this is a very personalized program and that at a time, a maximum of two people use the services. I met with a trainer who guided me through how this process will work and gave me their workout gear and asked me to wear it. Their dressing room area was compact but clean. After wearing the gear, the trainer guided me through the setup of their machine and then started the workout. 20 mins of simple exercises, but with the effort of an intense workout. After 20 minutes, I was sweating in an air-conditioned room! The workout was very intense and I could feel it across my body. There was also room to have a shower and relax. The trainer then measured my body mass and composition and then told me areas of improvement. I am definitely starting this program. I would highly recommend this to everyone who cannot find time in their daily lives to workout. However, please note this disclaimer that not everyone may be able to afford their charges, which need to be paid quarterly, according to them.

I dont know about other centres, but the Kochi Longefit center is very bad. right from the telemarketing executive through the trainers and to the diet advisor, none of them are professional. you first learn how to deal with a client and then do the business. Also this doeant seem to work on weight loss, no chance of improvement
