Gold's Gym Kochi

Well maintained , spotless clean . All equipment looks new and well kept. The staff is very welcoming , proactive and friendly .The Gym has more than enough space to take on a decent size crowd , except the free hand work out area which is small The washrooms and locker area is also adequate and clean . Overall GOOD.

"The renovated Gold's Gym !! It is the best gym in Kochi ! I've been working out here for 3 years , and there's nothing that bothers me about working out here . This is the cleanest gym in Kochi ! Top-notch equipment ! The only downside is the attitude of the management , who are adamant about keeping the gym timings till 9:30 PM . All the local gyms nearby are working till 10 PM, 11 PM, and even 12 AM !! That's something they really need to look into . Also, considering the hefty fees , they should offer freezing options . It's the most expensive gym in Kochi , but also the best one too !"

In my experience this is the most hygienic gym in Kochi, the restrooms are very clean and well maintained, There is all round housekeeping services inside the gym too. Trainers are also very supportive and helpful, a very happy experience.

Glad to see the space looks more bigger & more stunning after the renovation . More equipments added & some have been updated with the latest . Changing rooms also look bigger and cleaner . One star less cos of the dying plants at the entrance area , not a welcome sight when one enters the gym . Request to please move them out or give them water & nutrients to come back to life . Else everything , including the hygeine aspect is top notch
