Very very bad experience The worst gym I've been to in Ernakulam. The staff here are not professional The trainer ( Mr. Harshad) behaviour is very bad . He doesn't know how to treat a client. About the management there are so many other gyms in the area which provides better equipments and PEACEFUL ATMOSPHERE.

Good old-school gym. Just right mix of free weights and machines. Decent cardio facilities of treadmills, stationary bikes and elliptical. You are even allowed to deadlift.
This gym is my happy place! Clean, organized, and great energy. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive. Five stars isn't enough!
