I have been a member here since February, but my experience has been very disappointing in the past few months. The management has started switching off the A/C about 30 minutes to 1 hour before closing time at night. When I asked about this, I was told it was due to their financial crisis. For a gym that promises full-time A/C, this feels unfair to members who are paying in full. Maintenance is also ignored. For example, the cycle machines have seat issues that have been left unresolved for months, despite repeated complaints. When I raised my concern about the A/C being switched off, instead of fixing it, they told me either to "come early" or "quit the gym." I decided to quit, but when it came to settling my remaining days, they refused to return the actual amount. Out of the 3000 value left, they insisted on only giving me 2000. Overall, this shows poor management, lack of transparency, and no respect for customers' comfort or trust. Members deserve what they are promised and pay for--not excuses.

Hereby i guarantee a well maintained fitness center with quality machines and very efficient trainers. Being a member of 2BFIT,since may, I'm very happy and excited to be a part of it . Especially trainers Austin,Pranav,Nibin are very efficient and supportive.

Special shoutout to my trainer, Austin, for his professional approach and constant motivation. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, making workouts something to look forward to. The premise is well maintained with all advanced machines. The trainers are all efficient and qualified.

As a beginner,i wasnt fully confident abt how it would be...i was too nervous while stepping in to the gym very 1st day..bt trust me guys everything went very well...The trainers are the best,even if we does general gym sessions,they keep an eye on each of us every time we does a workout...They gives us more informations about each workout we does...Everyone out there is frndly so that we doesn't feel any discomfort...i thought i would be feeling lazy,bt i joined the right place,& i goes regularly too....Hoping to get all my lost confidence back through the fitness.! (the place is too clean & hygienic)
