One of the best gym in our location with well trained instructors and good infrastructure.. Well equipped with good machines and very spacious.. I strongly recommend this health club for those who are looking for healthy and a fitness life with work outs indoor and outdoor games and floor exercises aerobics, evryone can join without any concern. The best Family GYM in Kayamkulam. Having most modern machines with nice instructors. Both the men and women irrespective of age can join here to improve the quality of their life. In addition to the GYM here there is a good outdoor ground for sports, a playing area for kids and a dedicated area for indoor games such as carroms, snookers etc. This facility is a feather to the town and kudos to the owners for presenting such an institution to the general public. Super gym with so much facilities, besides floor workout and machine workout there is aerobic session too.. Have enough space for outdoor games and walking...instructors are very helpful and friendly..only insist one to do workouts considering one's health status...Highly recommended..Free to do any workouts..
