I have been to few gyms before joining fitness world, but this gym is only constant one that i follow in my daily routine nowadays. Very well trained trainer and very hygiene environment. The trainer are so good they constantly monitor our progress, they recommended good workout plans adaptable for our health n based on our body nature. Who can personally assit us in our weight loss journey. Very safe environment especially for women's looking for good gym. They motivates us each day and what i really liked was, they look into one that we are not getting exhausted. Would recommended fitness world to all with great satisfaction l.
