It's been 2 months since I have been attending Zumba Class, what I appreciate the most is the supportive & judgement free zone. The instructor, Anil Sir is fantastic and really care about our progress. It feels great to be here, surrounded by such a positive community where everyone encourages the other. The strain of the day is easily washed away--it's just pure fun while getting a good workout. The trainer is very much supportive and always keeps our spirits high.
