Joining this ladies-only gym has been one of the best decisions I've made! The group sessions are energetic, well-structured, and always leave me feeling refreshed and motivated. The gym is run by Lissa Aunty, who recently won First Prize at the Senior National Athletics Championships -- her dedication and passion are truly motivating! She is such a warm and caring person -- she ensures the space is safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone. You can really feel the positive vibe she brings to the place. Our trainer, Aswathy aka Achu, a PG student, is amazing and equally incredible -- a gold medalist in powerlifting, shotput and many more! Her training style is both effective and encouraging. She tailors the sessions to suit all fitness levels and pushes us just the right amount. She makes every session enjoyable and confidence-boosting. It's not just a gym -- it's a supportive community of women lifting each other up. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay fit, confident, and empowered. Highly recommended!
