This review is to get the attention of the gym owner, who is also from the fitness field, but surprisingly fails to address these basic issues or guide the young trainers to maintain proper standards. The gym environment needs serious improvement. The AC is rarely turned on properly, despite being on the terrace floor with a full black interior, which makes the space extremely hot and uncomfortable. Most windows remain closed, and the limited number of AC units are not enough to cool such a large room. Even I have heard many other people working out in this gym complain about this poor air conditioning habit but they failed to post a review. Hygiene is another major concern -- the cleaning is poor, users don't use towels or gym shoes, and oily stains are visible on many machines. These conditions not only affect comfort but also reduce workout performance, as a lot of body energy is lost due to excessive heat and sweating. It would be highly beneficial if the gym owner and trainers, if aware and educated on the matter, could take prompt action. Regular AC servicing (especially filter cleaning) and maintaining a properly cooled environment would greatly enhance user experience and safety.

I recently joined this gym, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Although there are many AC units installed, they are rarely switched on -- sometimes only one or two -- and even those are not properly serviced, so there is almost no cooling inside. There are also no blinds to block the strong sunlight, making the gym extremely hot, especially during these summer days. It becomes very difficult to focus on workouts because of the unbearable heat, and I feel completely drained of energy. Despite charging high membership fees, the gym does not provide even the basic necessity of proper cooling. It also seems like the management is not paying attention to maintenance or member comfort. Hygiene is another serious concern hardly anyone uses towels while working out, which feels very unhygienic. Overall, it has been a very bad experience for me. I hope the owner seriously addresses these issues and improves the facility.

The trainings and work outs are good.. And the trainers also.. Great experience.. But if you re looking for a 3 month or more month workout plan... Dont pay the fees... There is absolutely No REFUND for your money at any cost.. The worst ownership and management
