Peaceful place for workout which I was looking for. Trainers are totally supportive and friendly. Reasonable price. I loved the ambience. I had to quit just because I was moving out of town. If I go back to kannur I would definitely rejoin. Looking more on dance workout sessions although they have one session weekly.
