My fitness journey started from here. Being overweight and lacking self confidence I decided to join fitness cafe and the results were impeccable. It is a family fitness centre and gives ambient environment for workouts. There are well maintained equipments and certified trainers to help you through your fitness journey. The trainers are very friendly and helpful . The gym is maintained neat and the toilets are always clean. Water supply is always available for drinking and latrine. Need to make little modifications in the changing room as it is dark and congesting. Shoe racks and lockers with keys are available for your belongings. There are morning and evening shifts available. Best recommended gym in the heart of Kannur.

Not bad. Friendly female trainer. Can be improved with better administration, air conditioning and maintenance of common spaces such as the changing rooms. Overall still a good choice for women as they have women only slots every day as well as mixed slots the rest of the day.

Hands down the best gym very nice trainer's there they are very nice and dedicated every machine you imagine is there. The gym is really neat, there is boxing there, treatments, exercising and Zumba. I love it I would recommend it to anyone in the world!!
