4U Gym is located in the heart of Kannur where anyone can easily reach and the equipment here are well maintained. We have a very good trainer. She is approachable, firm and provide us with the best tips. A good atmosphere especially for ladies.

very good gym ,really clean and the trainers are supergood.After my ACL surgery Nazer sir helped me with my strength training and was able to get back into badminton fast and easy.Really experienced trainer and gives you alot of tips and puts alot of effort into the people who comes to the gym with different goals.Thanks alot for helping with my recovery.

One of the best gym especially it's very rare to find a gym at the heart of kannur for ladies .good atmosphere well trained coach all together one of the finest gym .all the facilities are available and good approach of the trainers
