Guidance for each person individually is given here at Veeramaruthi gym. At morning 10.00 to 02.00 is for ladies . No gents were allowed at these time. Can feel safe and friendly environment inside. They also give cardio workouts, upper body workouts,leg workouts on alternate days . There are more than 40+ gym equipments inside which is really helpfull for the beginners to the gym experts. Building kind of look classy , a bit of renovation or makeover will patch up the rest. Overall star ...

I don't know how to thank prajeeshettan for turning my "cannots " into "can". I gained 8 kg through their instructions and diet plan.They provide safe and friendly atmosphere for women. Once again thanks for the guidance veeramaruthi gym.
