The gym is run by Jenisha, and honestly, she's one of the most approachable and friendly trainers I've come across. Right from day one, she made me feel super comfortable. She took the time to understand where I was starting from and gave me the right push without overwhelming me. What really stood out was how she kept things motivating The gym itself has such a positive vibe. It's clean, well-maintained, and has this calming yet energizing pink theme that makes you want to show up. Jenisha's energy, support, and the overall atmosphere make it a perfect place for women looking to get fit in a safe and uplifting environment. Excellent gym 10/10 highly recommended..... We are surrounded by woman who wanna be the best version of themselves...its so much fuch... The way i improved is just amazing.. Mentally physically emotionally.. The atmosphere is just so goodd... The gym is so girl coded.. I just love it soo muchhh.. This gym made me love myself so muchh...the trainer is soo friendly.. The way she explains diet and workout to us is soo fantastic
