I worked out at this gym for a year. Initially, I really enjoyed my experience. However, over time, the heavy rush in the gym made it difficult to access equipment for workouts. The rush control needs significant improvement. The gym does have some great features: ample parking space, a large workout area, and a small cafeteria. However, the maintenance is not up to the mark. On a positive note, the trainers are very friendly and helpful, making it easy to understand how to use the equipment properly. There's a small steam bath facility, which members can use once a month, and separate locker rooms for men and women, which is appreciable. However, the locker boxes are always full, making it hard to store bags. The reason I left this gym was the way the staff dealt with customers. They seemed indifferent to whether members stayed or left. Despite referring six friends and even empaneling my company with this gym, I felt completely ignored until the very last day of my membership. This lack of care and attention was extremely disappointing. I believe the management is sincere in their work, but they need to address these issues urgently. I recommend conducting monthly customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve services. The competition is tough, and without better customer care, you might lose members to other gym.

Don't waste your money at this gym. Honestly, I wasn't planning to write a review, but I don't want others to fall into the same trap I did. This gym is only interested in people who sign up for personal training or celebrities. If you're a regular member, you'll be treated like you don't exist. Initially, they'll be super sweet and convincing just to get your money. But once you join, their real attitude shows. There's no proper guidance, no motivation, and definitely no value for your hard-earned money. It's disappointing and frustrating. Please think twice before joining - don't be another prey to their fake promises.

Joined 2 months back. Being a housewife I was on a lookout for a budget yet not a time restricted place. Here I meet with Rushtom, who took me through all the process and explained the facilities. I found the customer service very satisfying . They have huge square footage 10k they say and it shows as there's ample space for everything. Nothing feels congested. Ample parking space - open & basement. The place to do yoga, stretching, Pilates etc is good. The way they maintain hygiene and cleanliness is also very commendable. Separate space for used & fresh yoga mats. Bathrooms are separate for women with Spa and changing room + bathing room. Bathrooms have lockers & are clean. Every equipment is located in good distance & doesn't feel claustrophobic. The trainers & staff are friendly & professional in their approach. Overall The Hygiene+ The space+ The people + The facilities seem to be value for money

Workouts at this fitness centre are enjoyable because of the great atmosphere and roomy facilities. The highly knowledgeable and supportive personal trainers make sure you get the most out of your sessions. It's a comprehensive fitness destination with extra features like steam rooms and dietary advice.

I highly recommend NOT to start in this gym. They are very rude people they need only to get the 1 year payment. Very bad customer service. The lady who is handling the customer service is a utter waste, she is having a threatening mode to close the deal. (my reply to your below comment) First you or your team member is not delivering respectful customer service - you can see other reviews too. Then, mutual respect means both the parties not on your side only, note that too . Then, it's not that a female staff in your organization is eligible for dignity and professionalism even if she don't maintain. It's for all the human beings irrespective of the gender - kindly note, not to use the previlage unnecessary all the time to save your side. (FYI , you can see the reviews of females against you) If I have an option to upload the voice I would definitely upload the conversation I had.

Very spacious and excellent Gym in Kochi. Good collection of equipments which are very clean and well maintained. All the staffs are very friendly. Special mention to Sabu and Smitha for the great Training support.

Excellent experience using Transformers Gym Kakkanad's amenities as a fitness enthusiast. The dressing and washing areas are wonderfully clean. Every session, the group offers great support. Excellent location for your fitness requirements

The largest gym in Kochi, equipped with top-notch trainers who are highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Peter, my personal trainer--his expertise and attention to detail in managing my routines make a remarkable difference.
