Life Line Fitness Centre - An Affordable Gym in kadampuzha History Life Line Fitness Centre, my hometown gym, is truly a gem for beginners and budget-friendly fitness seekers. While it has the vibe of an old-school gym, it carries a lot of character and passion within its walls. Affordable & Beginner-Friendly This gym is one of the most affordable options around, making it ideal for newcomers. It may not have all the latest bells and whistles, but it gives you everything you need to get started on your fitness journey. Equipment Condition There are quite a few machines that need repairs or replacement, and the gym definitely could use an upgrade. But despite these issues, people keep coming back because of the friendly atmosphere and personal connections. New Management - Coach Shameer Recently, Coach Shameer has taken over the gym management. He's a dedicated and forward-thinking person who has already started making more positive changes than the previous in-charge. With his leadership, we all have high hopes for the future of this gym. Client-Friendly Coach - Kunjappu A big shoutout to Coach Kunjappu - truly one of the stars of this gym. He's extremely friendly, helpful, and always open to discussions about workouts, diet, or gym matters. Plus, his muscular physique and kind nature make him a role model for many. Honestly, I really admire him! Respect During Corona Times One thing that shows the gym's dedication is how they managed things during the COVID pandemic. Despite the challenges, they arranged safe schedules and opened the gym for regular members - a truly appreciated move. Special mention to Coach Kuttippa, who worked tirelessly during that tough time, though sadly, he seems to have disappeared now. Old School Vibes If you love that gritty, classic gym feel with iron weights, local people, and real conversations - Life Line Fitness Centre is the place. Pros: Very affordable Friendly and approachable coaches Ideal for beginners Real community feel Respectable service during tough times like COVID Cons: Many machines need repair or replacement Needs modern updates and better maintenance
