AC is the reason, why I do have membership here, but it is poorly managed it won't cools enough most of the time and sometime it will be so cold. Always it is turned off at 9PM before closing, I mean turning it off at 9:30 for 10 PM closing is reasonable.
Came for abs, stayed for the trainers' vibes! This gym is so good, I almost forget I'm voluntarily torturing myself. The trainers? Too nice -- like, "why are you smiling while making me do burpees?" kind of nice. 10/10 would recommend (and then cry during leg day).

I have been working out in Skopos to Fitness for 5 months. I started seeing results already. The workout area classification as well as cleanliness is good. Washroom facilities are neat and well maintained. Coming to the trainer staffs they are really helpful and well trained. I have been doing personal training under Mr.Jaganraj and have helped a lot in my fat loss journey. I would recommend this gym for any gender and of any age people to workout at Skopos.
