I have only good things to say about this yoga center. Really satisfied with yoga and marma treatment. I came here mainly for back pain problem and mind relaxation. I have seen many positive changes since coming here. I am much better physically and mentally. Although many treatments have been done, none have seen such a positive change. I am very thankful to Ashokan Mash for making such a positive change for me . Also, I am very thankful to my dear Priya teacher. Teacher understand everyone's problems and gives us yoga according to everyone's problems with great love and care.
