AL REEM GYM

I joined Al Reem Gym specifically for the ladies' section, hoping for a dedicated and active workout experience. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The ladies' section had no proper exercise routines, and most of the time there were no active sessions or guidance happening. The trainer was not supportive or professional, and there was no motivation or involvement from the staff. I expected better structure, energy, and a motivating atmosphere, especially for women. Sadly, it felt like I wasted both my time and money. I hope they improve their ladies' training program and hire better trainers who truly support members. Very bad

By far the best gym in Guruvayur. They have got imported fitness machines and overall the hygiene and the ambience are exceptional and welcoming . All the faculties are well qualified , dedicated and friendly . My trainers Mr .Akhil (cardio ) and Mr. Shan (weight training ) are knowledgeable , kind and Iam already seeing positive changes in my body . Highly recommended

Having a wide area neatly arranged with all foreign made machines and high quality trainers are the favorites for every customer. My trainer, Mr Anaz is the best among the others. This centre is unisex. Thank you Al Reem.. for my Mass!
