Centro Fitness

Today my daughter joined this gym on a trial basis. The monthly fee is Rs 2000/-. There is a female instructor here and the gym for the ladies is on the first floor. The appearance of the gym is not good (am talking about the premises). The reception has only one fan directly facing the receptionist lady. There is no place to sit for the new customers. And have to stand in the scorching heat while discussing the terms with the receptionist whereas the receptionist gets the full breeze of a fan kept directly facing her. In fact we had a very hard time at the time of registration. I was waiting to finish and run out of the premises to take a good breath. As regards the trainers, training, facilities, timings, etc. will update later. Am going to Gold Gym in Dubai for more than a decade and there is nothing that I can compare with this facility here. Once I get feedback from my daughter I will finish this review.

I find this is the best fitness center in the area and the place is so positive n lively that one doesn't feel bored getting fit. Great trainers compliment this center as well. The place is well maintained too, with owners visiting everyday any feedback is attended to at the earliest.

Very good facilities.. Cardio.. strength and weight training. They have a badminton court. A mens and women gym.. yoga centre steam bath facility.. very hygiene and they've got all the gymming equipments. Individual trainers for each person
