I started at RFG Gym today and was impressed by how well it matches the high standards of the gym I go to in New Zealand. As someone who's already into fitness, I was looking for a place that felt familiar and had the right vibe and RFG Gym delivered. I also had my first session with Albin, and he's an outstanding trainer. He quickly understood my fitness level and tailored the session perfectly. Highly recommend working with him if you're looking for a top-notch personal trainer!

I had the pleasure of training at RFG Gym for a month during my vacation, and it was an awesome experience! The gym is spotless, well-maintained, and packed with brand-new equipment that makes working out both efficient and enjoyable. The air conditioning is a blessing, and the gym is never too crowded, so you can actually focus on your workout without waiting around for machines. The trainers here are fantastic! Midhun is super friendly, always ready to help, and makes sure you get the most out of your workouts. And then there's Alby--he might seem quiet at first, but don't be fooled. The man is secretly the friendliest guy in the room! It's like unlocking a hidden level in a video game--once you crack the code, you get unlimited support and great workout advice. The locker space is convenient, and the toilets are always clean, which is a big plus. The only tiny challenge? The gym is on the second floor, and if the lift decides to take a rest day--especially after your leg day--the real workout isn't getting up there, it's making it back down without your legs giving out! Consider it an unintentional stair test for how well your squats went. Overall, RFG Gym is an amazing place to train, and I highly recommend it. Can't wait to come back on my next visit!
