Hi, this is again - to reply your comment I'm well aware of how recovery works especially when it comes to training an unconditioned upper body. The issue wasn't soreness from warmup it was overstimulation without progressive loading. I wasn't given a program based on my level, which resulted in excessive DOMS that interfered with sleep. Rest is part of recovery, and pushing through it too early increases injury risk. My feedback wasn't about soreness it was about lack of recovery awareness, which is key in real fitness coaching.
