Dream Gym

This gym is one of the most equipped and one of the most spacy gyms in Kochi. Even during this pandemic, they take very good care and precautions in preventing the spreading of covid. Trainers are also nice, knowledgeable and keen in helping you reach your fitness goals.

I've been working out at Dream Gym for a couple of weeks now, its a really nice spot with everything you need for resistance training and cardio! The gym is very clean, in fact the cleanest gym I've been in so far, and the clientele and trainers are friendly. If you arrive at peak times you may have to wait for certain machines, but other than that I have no other gripes. Its a very welcoming space, great vibe!

I've been working out here for over a month now with a personal trainer. I find it to be a really good gym, with all the requisite equipment. The property is well managed and maintained. More importantly, the Trainers and leadership have done a great job in setting the tone of the gym floor. We have novices and bodybuilders, both, working out in a rather warm and supportive environment. It's a great place, bustling with energy and people. It's pretty packed early in the morning and later in the evening but everyone manages to get their time with the machines.The membership charges are reasonable and the location is central.

Dream Gym is excellent for achieving all kind of goals like weight loss, fat loss, weight gain, muscle hypertrophy, strength building, bodybuilding, etc. with awesome environment and good machines. Mr. Jaison Jacob, the Co-owner, with more than 2.5 decades of immense knowledge & practice in fitness & bodybuilding industry is the backbone of this gym. Anyone can join the gym with no regrets.
