About EVER YOUTH FITNESS CENTER ( Ladies)
We started this fitness center only for ladies. Morning batch 8.30 to 10.30, Evening batch 4.30 to 6.30. We have 4 sections each day. Warm up, floor exercise, zumba & machine work outs. This will help your health condition & mental health.. This also a chilled time with healthy conversations. we invite all for our happy world

The best place to regain our physical and mental health. The place is super awesome that we can workout as a team and interact with each other . The trainers are super skilled. And they give more importance to inner peace so the included yoga once in a week

A place worth joining. The trainers are so good and motivates you to another magnitude. Their training is very lively, classes like zumba and group excercise are extremely relaxing. Highly recommended for everyone.
