Gym has recently been revamped and the reputation of this gym makes it a far cry from other so-called gyms in Kottayam . I have been a member of the gym and associated for the last 10 years or so. Mr.Lalsen is a professional body building athlete, with many international certifications in body building. He has vast knowledge on the subject and human body that he adapts the best workouts for the specific goals one has. Not just good techniques are enough to see results, one of the major requirement of motivation, follow ups and good nutritional advice at a holistic level comes from vallabhassery (stalwart gym). Highly recommended if you are looking for results.
