My Fitness Gym & CrossFit Training Center ( Gents & Ladies Sepreate)

I was in town for a short time and had joined this gym. Vinod sir helped me push my limits and make the most of my time in the gym

I have been training at this gym for the past two years, and it has truly changed my life. When I first joined, I weighed 85 kg and felt unsure about my fitness journey. Today, I'm proud to say I've reached 69 kg healthier, stronger, and more confident than I ever imagined. A huge part of this transformation is because of my trainer, Vinod Sir. He has been so much more than a trainer truly like a father to me. His patience, care, and constant encouragement have shaped not only my workouts but also my mindset. He taught me the right way to stretch, do cardio, and train with weights, but more importantly, he gave me the confidence to keep going even when it felt tough. His guidance has been life-changing, and I'll always be grateful to him for believing in me. The gym itself feels like a second home. The separate ladies section provides comfort and privacy, and the environment is always friendly and welcoming. It's not just a place to work out it's a community. We have yearly trips, festive celebrations like Onam and Christmas, and even gym competitions with prizes that make the journey so much more enjoyable and motivating. I am deeply thankful to this gym and especially to Vinod Sir for helping me transform my health and confidence. If you're looking for a place where you will feel supported, motivated, and truly cared for, this is the best place to be.

I have always wanted to join a gym, but I wasn't sure if I would be able to stick with it or see any real progress. However, after joining My Fitness, I have truly come to love working out. Hands down, best choice I've made joining at 'My Fitness'. My first experience in a gym and have not been disappointed. I workout here about 5 times a week and find the consistent positive trainer Mr.Vinod sir, awesome music and members create a perfect workout environment. Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors. I recommend it highly to all my friends n family.

This is one of the best health fitness centre in Cherthala. A very dedicated instructor, calm and peaceful locality, well maintained equipments and friendly atmosphere. And we can be a healthy person with very affordable rate !!!! be healthy and happy

One thing I like the most is the commitment Vinodettan shows to his clients. He pushes us when we need pushing even past our limits, which is a good thing. The seperate section for ladies is actually another good thing and makes this gym stand out. We can work out with out being concious at all.
