I jont in Armans few months. The equipment is maintained good quality and also nice atmosphere. After coming in gym I get better change in my body and i am very Happy.

I joined in armans for only 6 months within that shot time i could loss 3 kg of my weight.The trainer guides us very well and he is very friendly too. When i enter the gym i feels a positive energy around meh and a highly recommended gym too.

I joined this gym recently and within a short time I lost 5kg.The trainers are very friendly and guided me with proper workouts . The gym is always clean, well-equipped, and has a very positive atmosphere. Great place for anyone serious about fitness. Highly recommended.

One of the best gyms in the city and a rare find within a 10 km radius of Nedumbassery! An A/C Gym with the monthly recurring fee of 1000 is unbeatable in this locality. All the machines are new, well-cleaned, lubed, and maintained -- hard to believe they've kept them in such great condition for over four years. Kudos to the team! The lighting inside is also perfect for Instagram photos, which is an added bonus. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming to both the genders, it doesn't whether you're a beginner, amateur or Pro. Special mention to the main coach, Shinas, who has a wealth of knowledge and years of experience and is always willing to help and mentor. The only slight downside is that the space can feel a bit congested during peak hours, so I'd recommend avoiding those times if possible. Overall, a fantastic gym that's well worth the money!
