5 stars from my side. I joined here two months ago. All trainers are certified. I joined here for weight loss and I was able to reduce my weight from 83 to 73 in the span of 2 months. All thanks to my trainer Antony who planned workouts based on my body weight and Ranjith who gave me personalized diet plans to follow for weight loss. Overall the environment is good and friendly. I highly recommend this gym to all fitness enthusiasts.

Highly recommended! Best place to start your fitness journey. The trainers are highly professional and makes sure you do all the workouts properly. Their tips and advices regarding healthy and balanced diet is also very beneficial.

BEST GYM IN CHALAKKUDY I came to US Fitness chalakkudy on Dec 1st. I was doing GT( general training), but due to the enthusiasm of trainers and by seeing other PTs I decided to take PT....And that was really worth it. My PT trainers were Antony and Renjith, due to their training I was able to see changes in my body within 20 days. Main point I would like to mention is that trainers are punctual and systematic. My gains in 20 days - Overall physique changed - people started appreciating - major improvements in Biseps, Chest and triceps.

I have been here for two months. These people are family. Antony is my trainer. I hope i can write a detailed review later. For now.. They have five stars from me. For anyone who have inhibitions to hit the gym because you feel you might be left out.. This is the place where you should be coming.

I have joined a month before. My ultimate aim was to reduce weight and maintain fitness. With the help of experienced trainers I have reduced almost 11 KG in one month. After staring the diet in the first 10 days itself I have reduced 5 KG. Thank you so much team US fitness.

Looks like one of the best equipped gym in Chalakudi. Real professional fitness enthusiasts will definately enjoy with imported equipments, much better space, professional trainer. My best wishes and keep going strong.

My New Years resolution was to get more active, Cliche I know. I didn't know where to start so I began researching. One place I came across was the US FITNESS ACADEMY. I've never been more satisfied with a gym membership.with the help of the well experienced trainers and with the health supplements which they provided from their own shop i could make my body well fit . I feel so thankful to US FITNESS ACADEMY for bringing back by confidentel level back .
