I joined this ladies-only gym in December based on a recommendation, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The trainer lacks proper fitness knowledge. For example, she believes that sweating more directly leads to weight loss, which is a common myth -- sweating is not an indicator of fat loss. She also makes everyone do the same exercises every day, focusing on the same body parts, which isn't a safe or effective practice. Her training methods made me feel like they might be based on random online videos, as there was no proper workout planning or diet guidance. The equipment available is very minimal and basic -- not broken, but nothing that supports a well-rounded fitness routine. Also, some of the members mentioned that the gym is being operated under her husband's membership or name, which I thought was worth noting. When I joined, the fee was 600, but it was later increased to 750 without any noticeable improvement in service, guidance, or facilities. Overall, this gym lacks professionalism, structure, and real fitness value. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a serious and safe workout environment.
