Gym is located at Kottayam medical college junction in the 4th floor of the building enough space for cardio and gym activities the trainers are also good they will give the instructions for workout but the equipments are a bit old one, Monthly fees is only 700/- Facilities are good enough for this amount.

Not good for women, no guidance at all. I got injured many times, just given a dumbbell and told to do an exercise 100 times, for zumba, a video is given and we watch it and dance. Given a task, then the trainer goes missing, you have to go find them after you complete the task. It has varied equipment, go if you know what to do, not for beginners I see a good review recently, really hope it's genuine, and that this review has helped improve services there, because quite frankly, it was pathetic. There is a guy who left this gym also last year, met him at another gym. Said he got many severe injuries. Be careful.

This is the best gym near Government medical College Kottayam where one can go and enjoy the workout.The training session is so helpful, had a great gym session in here has all the facilities we could possibly want; Worth trainer

The equipment's are all rested and wear and tear on seats . Over priced, not good for 2700 as registration fee. Overall it's not worth it .
