Absolute Fitness Center

One and only multi gym in annamanada. Have very large space for working out. They have good varieties of machineries and they are well arranged. There is also a trainer here which is good thing because most of the health club dont have a regular trainer so for starters it will be a challenge to work out without trainer. They also have treadmill and machines for cycling (they charge extra for that). The place is clean and tidy. I think they use to clean the area once in a week and its something which lacks in other health clubs. One con which i noticed is that the gym is not air conditioned, while most of the multi gyms are air conditioned. Here they dont even have ceiling fans. So summer will be very hot here. Otherwise everything is fine.

Dont go to this place, intialy they treat you well, after that they force you to do weight loss for their gym promotion, actualy all weight loss are done by tablets, they are forcing to put review , be carefull with gym master dhilip (womeniser) and hari is owner he is also dont consider the client's complient , both are money minded people,there is no safety for girls because of master.

Nice place good trainer

Well maintained and has most of the equipments for workout.
