NEXT LEVEL FITNESS STUDIO

Finally Kadungalloor has a gym and I'm not disappointed, great gym , atmosphere, equipments and trainers , been training there for 3-4 months. Only problem is that it may get busy some days and it make our workouts duration longer , but we can do nothing about it , great gym would recommend it to everyone. And they also provide supplements for those who wants to buy them! . Satisfied with this gym.

This is a really good gym with all the necessary equipment and a clean, motivating environment. The trainers are very helpful, friendly, and guide you well according to your fitness goals. Great place to work out and stay consistent!

Gym is good well equipped and neat, but the trainer's mindset is what forced me to give 1 Star ( 0 star but that option is not available ) I have been to many gyms from different parts of the globe due to my job which needed constant travelling, I haven't seen a person who is treating his customers like how old GOVT school teachers treat students, unnesserly strict. He doesn't talk to me, his face is like I owe him money, so I thought it would be the same for all, but it's not, except me I have seen him talk and mingle with others, which was a huge red flag, I tried to mingle with him but he just give me answers to what I ask, nothing else and always in a hurry to leave. I had days when he didn't even notice me at the gym, even when gym is half empty, I believe he treats each person different by looking at there face, Strictness is the worst part, see if I am a 15 year old, it is acceptable, but being a married adult, man it's very frustrating. Gym-as far as I have seen is a place of happiness and joy, friendship, motivating and hope, here the facilities are only what's good, the trainer's don't really know how it should be done, that's what I feel. ( It's all about the feeling ) I have gone through all the reviews, 31 people reviewed so far in 8 months which alone show how much people are interested, and majority of the reviews are just by his friends of cousins for sure. As per i know, there are more than 200 plus admission and only 31 reviews in 8 months, that alone speak for itself. I hope the gym people will understand how to treat others, how to manage a gym and above all understand the meaning of gym. **Gym privacy is another important thing to note, since the space is just an open area, people like my sister who like a little bit of privacy struggle a lot. I am sure no one have told you about this and being surrounded by people who hides the truth is not always a good. Great gym with amazing facilities and a very positive vibe. My trainer has been super supportive in my weight loss journey ,helping me with workouts, and diet. I have seen progress in my stamina, fitness.

Next Level Fitness Studio is an excellent gym, fully equipped with everything you need, and offers a welcoming environment with supportive and motivating trainers. Nivya and Jishnu are doing an outstanding job. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an excellent spot to work out!
