Best yoga centre near to house,my stress released.. Very clam and meditative place. Very pleasent and gentle trainers.. Ladies trainer for lady participents.. Every one should try yoga for free (3days)

This program with Arunji is beyond just physical postures-it's a complete journey into yoga. The mix of asanas, breathing techniques, meditation, and philosophy gave me clarity, discipline, and confidence as a teacher. Truly a 5-star training

This is not yoga. was conned into booking in after being told it was an Ashtanga class. The first time I've ever left a yoga class before the end. The first half an hour was a Zumba warm up- and then another teacher came in and began breathing exercises. They also used microphones and videos themselves throughout- and had a guy coming around videoing the class without getting consent. A waste of my time sadly. After such a great experience of Indian teachers in Mysore, Hyderabad, Hampi and Goa whilst I've been here this was so sad to see that these people are just making money and using the name yoga- this is not yoga. Avoid.
