As a begginer to gym, I was nervous when I joined this gym. it was such a relief for me to know that this gym has a lady trainer, for women , under her guidance I saw a good progress ,my energy improved and I felt stronger each week. I was really surprised when I lifted a weight which I thought was impossible for me. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this gym to all women not only as the gym has a LADY TRAINER but also they provide 10 am To 3pm service EXCLUSIVELY FOR WOMEN , so peacefully we can do our workout . Reasonable fee structure is also a positive point of this gym.
