Such a great class - explored everything from the asana with specific adjustments to philosophy and breathing techniques. Also helped guide me in how to teach other as I am a newly qualified teacher. Can highly recommend!

Anjus Yoga class enhanced my alleppey trip to the fullest. He is teaching with clear mind and very authentic sympathic way. Especially the reference to your own body makes you feel conscious and getting aware of staying in the present, feeling yourself - just as yoga should. He picked out the perfect asanas (even though it was crazy hot and humid) and adjusted very gently with a big effect. Can recommend this place with heart!

A great yoga lesson on the beach at sunset! I was lucky to have a private session due to other students not showing up. Anju did a great work to put me at ease, and then proceeded to guide me through a lot of asanas, correcting my posture when needed and pushing me to the max of my capabilities. You can see that he knows exactly what he's doing, without risk of injury. Very spiritual experience, well recommended!
