Writing this review after a month's experience. Reached this place with a lot of sceptism, as the first question I had in my mind was, is it worth paying so much for workout. After a month's time I can say with confidence that its worth every penny. Whats different about Perfect fitness Arena is there in its name itself. Perfection ! Trainer Mr. Aneesh's passion towards fitness is the key as thats the drive factor to run this gym. Facilities: All equipment are of Pro Bodyline, which makes it a Premium gym. Separate changing rooms and washrooms available for gents and ladies. Different timings for gents and ladies, yet flexible for couples. Personal training as well as group work out is possible. Very neat and spacious gym with separate area for ground excercises. Good Trainers. Wanted to get fit, be flexible along with weight reduction. I took PT from Aneesh and started noticing the difference. The ground workouts are very intense targeting specific muscle groups and mobility. He also guide for each weight excercises for the right posture,targeting the muscle effectively and also avoid injuries. Extremely satisfied with this gym.
