We recently moved to this society from Mumbai. The first thing i wish to mention is about the builder, they are friendly and helpful. *Best security system in Udupi and manipal. *Decent family crowd. *Well maintained society.(Water, Gas, electricity and immediate help) *Mall, Udupi bus stand and Dmart just 10min *Udupi station just 15min *NH highway 5min I feel if you are looking for the best security apartment in Udupi. I would say Mandavi prince palace.

Beautiful residential complex with a superb view of dense trees! Clean, well kept premises, spacious landing and staircase, good construction and well finished, quality fittings make it worth staying. Gym, swimming pool, play area, parking space, its got it all. Also, the clean & fresh air is something else! I could feel the difference in air quality, too good!
