Very peaceful environment to perform yoga asanas . Nayana Mam is very friendly and professional too... she makes sure we utilize the time diligently by performing basic warm up stretches followed by asanas and pranayam.

This yoga centre run by Nayana ma'am is enriching for the body and mind. She is extremely friendly as well as professional at the same time. There are both morning and evening batches conducting pranayam, warm up stretches and yoga asanas. Must go to place for all yoga enthusiasts in and around Udupi.
