Security is trash, extremely rude and the rules are anti bachelor Beg every student to absolutely not live here They strip away our basic rights as human beings

This is one of the manipal buildings known for good quality of construction. It is conveniently located on the Udupi-Manipal highway a few meters from syndicate circle. There are 14 floors and around 156 apartments of 4BHK, 3BHK & 2BHKs and has got all the standard amenities like swimming pool, gym and children's play area. The penthouse on top is awesome and gives a lovely view of the Arabian Sea. Building has strict flat owner-friendly rules. Students and working adults will have to live like an army retiree during their tenancy here. This isn't exactly convenient for students as per location but can be if you have a vehicle. All conveniences are available right opposite the building...... if you can cross the highway!

The apartments are good and the facilities are good as well. But the ad hoc committee is implementing illegal rules on restrictions for guests And harrasing the bachelors who live there. Then again, since when are doctors and medical students respected in this country

Apartments are good. Management/ committee is Anti bachelors who make illegal rules.! Manipal being a student town, if students are themselves suppressed, whats the point of all the education and facilities we're investing in.
